You may have noticed by now that there are many symptoms that leave the body dry. The main problem with arthritis is that it leaves the body without essential oil and this will dry out the body because the joints will not be lubricated enough.

You can have one or even more of these symptoms and they usually appear at old age. But they can appear in young people too. But there are also things you can do to prevent arthritis like eliminating food that hurts the joints.

Without the proper lubrication oil the joints will degrade and the cartilage will dry and will cause friction. That is when pain starts to appear. The oil gets absorbed into the cartilage of the joint through osmosis. So think about your symptoms and go see a doctor as soon as possible.
