Types Of Arthritis

Arthritis is an old disease that is dated from the prehistoric times. The skeleton remains that were studied show this fact. There are some of you who have joint pains and it could be arthritis.

Most of the times this disease is associated with aging but that is not the only reason it happens. The cause of arthritis is the fact that the body is not being fed properly. Because the nutrients do not exist or they aren’t sufficient, the joints get damaged.

Our body has a lot of joints and they can suffer. In men arthritis most likely attacks the sine, knees and feet. In women it attacks the hands, knees, fingers and also the spine. The joints become inflamed because the bones rub each other.

There are two kinds of arthritis: rheumatoid and osteoarthritis plus others less common.

The Osteoarthritis

This type of arthritis inflames the bony part of the joint. When the bones are hitting one another, the protective coating wears off and the cartilage, membranes and oil sacs get destroyed. Sometimes this happens due to excess activity. You would not expect the disease to develop so rapidly but sometimes it does. There are even people that do not use their joints so much and they still get the condition. This means that not only the excess of activity causes arthritis. Specialists say it is a combination of many factors like joint activity, nutritional deficiencies and emotional issues.

Rheumatoid Arthritis

This means a flowing pain. RA is an autoimmune disease and the good cells are attacked by the immune system. RA will attack the joint membranes and only after that the bone structure of the joint. Usually this condition happens to older people and it cripples them. RA is commonly associated with diet and the lack of essential oils.

Gouty Arthritis

Gout is the disease where the uric acid deposits itself on the joints of feet and legs. This happens when the kidneys can not process that much uric acid and they build up in the joints, causing them to become swollen. Most of the times gout develops in men and diabetics, alcoholics, people with high blood pressure and fat people.

Other Types of Arthritis

Here are some of them:

Bursitis – the shoulder joints get inflamed and the muscles too.
Neuritis – it is called the rheumatism of your nerves.
Myositis – this happens when you are working too hard.
Fibrositis – the connective tissue gets inflamed
